In this challenging period of the Covid-19 pandemic, the safety and well-being of our Frozen Logistics team and customers are naturally our top priority. We know you may have concerns about visiting our facility, so we wanted to answer some questions on the preventative measures we are implementing to keep everyone safe, and how our operations continue at this time.

Operations FAQs:

Are your warehouse facilities still open?

Yes, we're open! We've put in place safety measures (described below) to ensure we can keep storing and delivering for our customers. We're fortunate that the nature of our business doesn't require many people to work in close proximity, so we're able to continue offering the same services as in 'normal' times.

I'm a new customer, can you still work with me?

Yes, we're happy to take on new customers at this time. We're continuing to expand our capacity, so should have room for you. Just get in touch to discuss your specific needs.

How can I stay up to date?

COVID-19 and Safety FAQs:

What are the current Frozen Logistics sanitation practices?

  • Twice daily sanitizing our warehouse area plus restrooms, break areas and office spaces

  • Reinforcing our existing training on effective hand washing, sanitizing and use of personal protective equipment

  • Adding additional hand sanitizer stations all around the building

What about the safety of your team members?

  • We encourage team members to be mindful of their own health at all times. We require team members to stay home from work if they feel sick. All team members are eligible for paid time off

  • All on-site team members will continue wearing safety gloves and masks.

  • Additional hand washing breaks will be required for all team members at frequently scheduled intervals

  • We have encouraged CDC recommended “social distancing” for those who do come to work and everyone in our offices and warehouses are required to wear masks at all times.

How are you keeping customers safe?

  • At our storage facilities we are maintaining social distancing with customers, and require everyone to wear masks while on site. We are minimizing paper exchange, using online communications and electronic signature capture

  • Our facility is shared with O'Brien Meats. We are hiring additional team members so we can avoid overlap and minimize contact between the teams.

  • During deliveries we are practicing social distancing with our customers, and offer “no-contact” deliveries when possible
